Gallon potting July 2002 (1)

We use the low tech technique of potting 1 gallons. We start potting in July. We lay out 100 pots for each person potting and have competitions to see who can pot the fastest. As I get older the Idea of racing doesn't appeal to me. It's more about pacing myself. A good speed is about 15 minutes per 100 plants. I believe the all time record was about 6 minutes per 100. Dirt was flying and they weren't potted perfectly, but I was the winner, not George. Sorry Casey.
